Your pain-free guide to pain relief.

For best results we recommend someone else give you a massage using one of our massagers. When giving yourself a massage, follow our guides as best as possible. Certain body areas may be hard to reach. Do not move out of your normal range of motion as it could cause injury. Switch hands or take a short break after extended use. If you experience any pain or numbness in your hand, stop using the massager.

Sports Injury

Most professional sports teams and major college athletics programs employ massage therapists. Massage has been proven to help athletes recover faster from injury and fatigue.

Massagers help improve blood circulation. This speeds up healing of soft tissue damage, bruising and muscle fatigue. It also helps improve flexibility and mobility quicker, while reducing overall stiffness.

While massagers are effective at managing or temporarily alleviating symptoms, it is always wise to consult a physician, pharmacist or nurse practitioner for prescribed treatment options.

Customer Testimonials

David (NY)
I received the Flex Therapy massager and it works great! I tried it out on my back and hip. It has great power for a battery operated massager and its great that it has no power cord. I also like that it operates on two AA batteries. Light easy to hold on to. I used the pinpoint tip and then general massager. Didn't try the facial tip yet but noticed that there were three more attachments that didn't come with the massager, but overall very pleased with it!
