Your pain-free guide to pain relief.

For best results we recommend someone else give you a massage using one of our massagers. When giving yourself a massage, follow our guides as best as possible. Certain body areas may be hard to reach. Do not move out of your normal range of motion as it could cause injury. Switch hands or take a short break after extended use. If you experience any pain or numbness in your hand, stop using the massager.

Overview

Being active is great for your health, but it can also take a toll on your body. One way to keep up with your favorite sport is to make massage part of your routine, as studies link it to muscle treatment and recovery.

In addition to reliving tension, massage can help reduce pain, decrease swelling and improve blood circulation to promote the healing of soft-tissue damage, bruising and muscle fatigue. It also helps improve flexibility and mobility faster, while reducing overall stiffness. It’s important, however, to consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen or incorporating massage into your current one.

Customer Testimonials

David (NY)
I received the Flex Therapy massager and it works great! I tried it out on my back and hip. It has great power for a battery operated massager and its great that it has no power cord. I also like that it operates on two AA batteries. Light easy to hold on to. I used the pinpoint tip and then general massager. Didn't try the facial tip yet but noticed that there were three more attachments that didn't come with the massager, but overall very pleased with it!
